Ian Greenfield Dip DEA have streamlined their working practice by using the latest PDA handheld, purpose designed, computer technology.

Data collected in the home is then instantly evaluated and transmitted to our office before being analyzed, registered, printed and returned as a completed Energy Performance Certificate. As a result we are able to focus on high quality inspections based on information collated onsite.

We take pride in maintaining professional standards. This is expressed in the way we retain complete, legible site notes and photographs for every inspection we undertake. These notes are the backbone of our reporting system, and are stored online in a secure data base for retrieval later if needed.

Once your appointment is made, it only takes a few days before receiving delivery of the Energy Performance Certificate, thereby assisting Homeowners or their Estate Agents to bring their properties to market quickly and efficiently..

On completion of the Energy Performance Certificate survey documents are presented to the Owner or his Agent in the shortest time possible, enabling your property to be 'fully' advertised and brought to market at the earliest opportunity.
